The holiday season of 2024 brought warmth and joy to children in need through our 4th Annual Christmas Collection drive. This heartwarming initiative, organized by Rotaract Hradec Králové and ESN Hradec Králové (Erasmus Student Network) and supported by the University of Hradec Králové, successfully brought smiles to children's faces across several institutions.
This year's collection benefited the Children's Diagnostic Institute in Hradec Králové, the Shelter for Mothers with Children in Hradec Králové, and the Children's Home in Nechanice. These organizations, dedicated to supporting children in challenging circumstances, received carefully collected gifts ensuring that the holiday spirit reached those who needed it most.
Collection points were strategically placed throughout Hradec Králové, including the University of Hradec Králové faculty buildings, multeple primary schools and other accessible locations. The community's generous response resulted in an impressive array of donations, including educational supplies, sports equipment, and toys.
