ESET foundation grant program - Pavol Šalátek
Program
- ESET foundation launched 3rd year of grant program with the following propositions:
- Submission of grant requests started on April 17, 2018
- Submission of grant requests due date June 12, 2018
- announcement of selected and approved requests for grant on June 22, 2018
- Grant program will support the following areas
- Education, Health & Prevention, Social need, Filantropic projects such as cultural heritage or living environment
- 1 project can receive 2000,- EUR maximum and requestor needs to contribute at least 10% of the budget
- Club agreed on the following
- Palo Šalátek will provide information how to request for the grant and how it needs to be structured and detailled (Hypony, CVI, Deti Dunaja, Bronze town model, private family in need).
- Palo Šalátek will submit the grant requests as employee of ESET as well as the club member
- Bronze town model - Michaela and Martin Sloboda have visited the Mayor of Bratislava. The bronze town model will be placed on Primacialne namestie and will be unveiled around September 2018
- Financial report 2016 and 2017 - the club agreed that over financial report from the years 2016 and 2017 should be provided to all club members.
- 2% - Ivo, Bodo and accounter Mr. Straka will meet up in order to clarify the situation about 2% taxes. Presidents Ivan S, Alex N and Michaela might join the meeting if things are not clear enough
- Budget 2016/2017 forecast/spendings with list of projects needs to be presented to the club
- Budget 2017/2018 forecast/actuals with list of projects needs to be presented to the club
- Results from the financial audit 2017/2018 needs to presented to the club
- The next club meeting will be on May 14, 2018 - proposal is to go through financial reports if we do not have any presenter
