RAC Prague International - 14th Rotary Dragon Boat Charity Challenge (11. 5. 2024, 9:00)

Big news! The 14th Rotary Dragon Boat Charity Challenge is just around the corner on May 11th at Žluté lázně. Picture this: a fleet of colorful dragon boats racing down the river, paddles splashing, and all of us cheering from the riverbank. It's teamwork, it's excitement, it's community spirit in every stroke.

Bring your family, bring your work colleagues – there’s going to be just as much fun on the land as there is on the water. And let's not forget, every cheer and every paddle push is for a good cause, supporting local charities that make real differences in people's lives.

Here's why you should invite your work colleagues to participate:

• This event is the perfect blend of corporate social responsibility and team-building. It's an opportunity to rally your colleagues for a cause that transcends the day-to-day business – all while forging stronger team bonds. Get HR involved and sign up as official company team building! 
• Besides the thrill of the race, there will be live entertainment and activities that cater to the whole family, making it an ideal weekend outing.
• Funds raised will support local charities that are dedicated to helping those in need, including ŽIVOT 90, APLA Jižní Čechy, Centrum Bazalka, SANANIM, MODRÝ KLÍČ, and Spolek Múzy dětem.
• Don't worry if you or your team have never paddled before. The event is designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. It's about participation and contribution, not just competition.

You can choose to compete by forming a team of 17 people/16 paddlers, 1 drummer/ (there will be 3 heats, so you can change your paddlers and give everyone a go, or simply join us to cheer on the participants and enjoy the day's festivities.
