§ Klaus Pilz reported about the event in Piestany last weekend, which has been joined by our friends of the Rotary club Coburg. A deeper cooperation with the RC Coburg is planned for the next year. In particular the weekend after Easter for a joint meeting in Prague is envisaged. However, what needs to be negatively outlined is the fact that too less people from our club attended this last event. In addition, only a small amount of people of our club members notified whether they are interested to join or to apologize for not being able to do so. Following this and also other experiences in the recent past, further activities with other clubs, etc. shall be more carefully evaluated. Heinrich von Hollen thanked Klaus on behalf of the club for all his support and efforts to organize this event and to make this event successful.
§ Klaus Pilz proposed a board meeting for next Monday in order to prepare the upcoming handover of the presidency. The meeting shall start at 17:00 in the bar in the hotel. The board members are required to attend this board meeting.
§ Heinrich von Hollen is supporting the GSE activity this year as an individual by supporting our club financially, as he will not submit an invoice to our club for the costs connected to the organization & realization of the recent GSE meeting. Klaus Pilz explicitly thanked Heinrich for this on behalf of all club members.
