On the 27th of November, Rotaract HK and ESN HK teamed up for a blood donation drive at the University Hospital in Hradec Králové. This was our second time joining forces for this event, and it was a huge success!The atmosphere was buzzing with energy as members from both organizations came together to make a difference. It was especially heartwarming to see so many first-time donors bravely stepping up to contribute.Donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to save lives. Each donation can help up to three people in need. By coming together, we made a significant impact on our community and beyond.The hospital staff were incredibly supportive, guiding us through the process and making sure everyone felt comfortable.We’re incredibly proud of everyone who took part and grateful for the support from the University Hospital in Hradec Králové. This collaboration shows the power of unity and the amazing things we can achieve together.
On September 28, members of Rotaract Hradec Králové joined forces with Nová Akropolis and Trash Hero to make a positive impact on our local environment. Together, we participated in a cleanup event around Biřička Pond, collecting litter and beautifying the area. The event brought together approximately 20 enthusiastic volunteers, united by a shared commitment to sustainability and community service. Through our joint efforts, we made a meaningful contribution to preserving the natural beauty of this beloved spot. We are proud to have taken part in this initiative and look forward to more opportunities to help our environment and community!
