Request for the meeting from the District 9550 from North Australia on May 24 / lunch and visit of our charity projects. As far as we have in Bratislava only our hypotherapy, Peter Klucka would take care to organize visit at Hypony. They propose to donate 500 EUR to the club in Slovakia....We will be represented by Artur, optionally Roman and Klaus.
Artur has reported best practices from his visits of two Rotary clubs in Serbian capital - Belgrade, during ast week, e.g. upfron memo report prepared right on the meeting and printed for every member (usually 8 pages). This report has different sections including Rotary news, initiatives, visiting guests etc.
Hypony is organizing on June 4 big hypony event. Peter Kucer will pet know other clubs in Bratislava.
Chateau Bella districts conference: forthcoming officer should participate. Klaus and Michael should reconsider their participation as it was suggested by new District Governor.
Peter Klucka has communicated with other club to assure the transfer of 2% of tax assignation. If there will be no new by Wednesday, Artur will communicate ID of the receipants.
