During the December 2024, Rotaract Hradec Králové, with the support of Rotary Club Hradec Králové, organized the second annual clothing donation drive to help those in need. Throughout the month, members of Rotary and Rotaract Hradec Králové generously contributed warm clothing, shoes, blankets, and other essential items, which were then donated to Diakonie Broumov to assist individuals and families facing hardship.
This initiative was driven by the belief that even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference. By giving unused clothes a new purpose, we aimed not only to provide warmth but also to bring comfort and dignity to those who need it most. Thanks to the generosity of our members, a substantial amount of donations was collected, ensuring that many people would be better prepared for the winter season.
The collaboration between Rotaract and Rotary Hradec Králové continues to highlight the importance of service, solidarity, and compassion in making a tangible impact on society.
