We had a special meeting of all three clubs at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. All three Presindents presented their clubs and activities and agreed that such a common meeting should take place on a regular basis. The issue of the ball was discussed and it seems that the idea to have a ball this season was abandoned. Daniel from Rotaract made an offer that the clubs members should discuss until January to help to organize a fund raising event in a different way, at a different time. He offerd three options to be discussed.
Next meeting will be at 18.00 in Marianka - mass and dinner afterwards
