§ Milos Kmety and Peter Princ gave a speech on the this year´s Rotary International Skiing event which took place recently in Italy, Stestier.
§ Klaus Pilz informed the club about the board meeting - agenda which took place prior to the ordinary club meeting and which had the following agenda:
· Ways of increasing the attendance of our club members
· New members - evaluation
· Status of payment of membership fees for the RCs of our district 2240
· Upcoming cooperation with our partner RC Coburg in 2012
· Visit of Rotary Club of Alloa (Scotland) in Bratislava and visit og our club on 28th May (8 persons) - to be organized by Michaela Stessl and Martin Sloboda
§ Further, Heinrich updated us on the latest developments regarding the GSE team. The GSE team and our people are now in the US. A more detailed update about the GSE team´s current activities and the exchange will be given in tonight´s meeting at the club by Mr. Lovas and Mr. Vrbik.
§ Karol Siska informed us about the PETS weekend last week in Brno as follows:
- it has been identified that most of the clubs of our district do not have their Rotary International webpages up-to-date
- Rotary International has discovered facebook as a medium
- Golf tournament for the District 2240 planned for the following dates: 29.3./26.4./17.5.2012 ).

§ Finally, we successfully collected the sum of EUR 75,20 in our Happy/Lucky collection box. Thank you to all those involved!
